It opens a new window for each file or directory you open. You can’t resize the main window, and you have to switch to different tabs to view files in different folders. The process of opening multiple windows for several files or folders is not intuitive, and it creates too many windows on the screen. I can’t figure out how to close them. I assume you have to use the “Maximize” option from the right-hand toolbar. I’d like to know the purpose of having two main windows, when one would do the job. I tried to use the program to recover files from a damaged CD/DVD, and it didn’t work. But it works with a normal CD or DVD, so I’m wondering if it’s because the CD/DVD isn’t formatted correctly, so it’s not searching the tracks. I was never able to get this program to find my media and open the files inside. It didn't respond at all to any instructions and I'd use a tool such as Klite or SearchData to recover my files. A full refund is in order. I’ve used it, it never worked right for me, but I was never able to get it to open my media so I couldn’t recover it. I’d return it.
